This focuses on lower frequency surface areas and cleaning is performed on demand to maintain the surface. This might include entrance glass, spot mopping, spot vacuuming carpets.

A less frequent activity but involves full cleaning of entire surfaces not just parts. A full clean is higher intensity and in some instances requires specific cleaning techniques. Normally a weekly activity.

This is a monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly activity to restore back to an acceptable condition. This includes scrubbing, stripping or sealing hard floors, blade cleaning of internal external partition, perimeter glass and carpet cleaning
